| Aqua America of Ohio, Inc. | B | A wholly owned subsidiary of the Philadelphia Suburban Corporation, Aqua Ohio, is a private water utility that serves 288,000 residents in seven counties throughout Ohio. The CASTLO Industrial Park, located at the center of the company's northeast Ohio territory, provides an ideal location for Aqua Ohio to manage the equipment needed to maintain more than 281 miles of water lines and over 2,349 fire hydrants in the service area so that it may continue to provide the benefits of a locally-managed water utility with the expertise and resources of systems many times its size. |

| Drywall Barn | C | The Drywall Barn is a leading supplier of drywall,
accessories, ceiling tiles, steel studs, insulation, Master
Wall, stucco, E.I.F.S., FRP panels, cement board and
exterior sheathing. The spacious 53,730 sq. ft.
building, with rail siding, enables the Drywall Barn to
receive the majority of its building materials by rail cars,
which gives the firm a competitive advantage.
The Drywall Barn services a 90-mile radius of Youngstown. It has five boom trucks, two straight trucks, a pup trailer and a tractor trailer. No job is too small or too large. |

| Tod Engine Foundation | F | The Tod Engine Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring the William Tod 34" x 68" x 60" cross compound stationary steam engine. The Tod Engine was manufactured in 1914 in Youngstown, Ohio. The foundation is using a CASTLO building to restore the engine claimed to be the largest engine of its type still in existence in the U.S. and quite possibly the world. |

Demolishing industrial properties that are no longer functional, the company also dismantles and takes to market usable equipment. Two overhead 15-ton cranes in Allied's space in the CASTLO Industrial Park helps the firm to organize its equipment for resale. |

CASTLO also provide Struthers with two acres of land utilized as a composting facility in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's regulations. |

| Fast-Cast, LLC | J | In 2001, the owner of Fast-Cast was researching small but functional brick buildings to establish a foundry for the manufacturing of steel and iron castings. CASTLO's well-constructed building "J", with a thick reinforced concrete floor, a large overhead door and a 3-ton overhead crane, provides an ideal location for the company's operations. |

| Garden Scapes of Ohio, Inc. | Coal Yard Office | Garden Scapes of Ohio, Inc. specializes in residential and commercial lawn care maintenance. CASTLO's coal yard office provides a safe and secure environment for the storage of the firm's landscaping equipment and materials. |

| American Tower Corporation | Yard | While many telecommunication firms desire a high elevation in a rural setting, the American Tower Corporation, an Atlanta, Georgia firm, was researching a valley location in an urban area. CASTLO, in 1999, provided the firm with approximately 1,400 sq. ft. on which to construct a 199' tower serving its many Mahoning Valley customers. |

| Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association | Yard | The Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association, Inc. was formed in 1985 to preserve the railroading history and heritage of Ohio's Mahoning Valley. Since steel was a major industry in the area, steel related railroading is a major focus of the MVRHA. The organization has the largest collection of steel industry rail equipment in the United States, which is being refurbished on an unused side track at the CASTLO Industrial Park. |

The firm recently constructed a telecommunications tower at the CASTLO Industrial Park to effectively serve its many new customers in eastern Mahoning County, Ohio. |
