• Federal and State Brownfield Site Incentives
• Ohio Manufacturing Machinery and Equipment Investment Tax Credit
• Warehouse Machinery and Equipment Sales Tax Exemption
• Manufacturing Machinery and Equipment Sales and Tax Exemption
• Research and Development Sales Tax Exemption.

In addition, all MRCO communities enjoy enterprise zone status. Financial services are also available from the Mahoning Valley Economic Development Corporation, and technical assistance is available from the Mahoning County Special Projects Office.
