MRCO| Section "E"

Section "E" of the Corridor of Opportunity is a large 127-acre parcel owned by the Sherman International Corporation. It houses idle seamless pipe manufacturing equipment. Presently, the mill is being dismantled.  After the equipment is removed, the existing buildings can be either retrofitted for new development or demolished to accommodate new construction.
